Approve Allowance Application

This function allows the users to approve allowance applications (except those for sports schools) will be routed through two levels of approvals.

• First Approver: School Principal
• Second Approver: MOE DS Officer

Note: All allowance applications for sports school will only be routed to the School Principal. Ensure that you use the allowance types created specifically for sports school.

First Approver: School Principal

Roles Involved: School Principal (MOE_SCHL_ALLOWANCE_APPR)

1. Navigate to Home > Worklist.

2. Find the appropriateAllowance Application link using the Application ID and Student ID.

3. You will be directed to the Allowance Application Approval Page

4. Click on the Deny button if you wish to reject the application. Application will not be routed for any further approval.

5. Click on the Approve button if you wish to approve the application. Application will be routed to the second level approval if any.

Second Approver: MOE DS Officer

Roles Involved: Department of Schools (MOE_HQ_DS_ALLOWANCE_APPR)

1. Navigate to Home > Worklist.

2. Find the appropriate SMN Allowance Application link using the Application ID and Student ID.

3. You will be directed to the Allowance Application Approval Page

4. Click on the Deny button if you wish to reject the application. Application will not be routed for any further approval.

5. Click on the Approve button if you wish to approve the application.

Reference number needs to be entered by the Second Approver before the application can be Approved.

6. The Application Status field will be changed accordingly.

Approve SMN Application (Skim Miftahun Najaah)

This function allows the users to approve SMN applications.

• Approver: MOE DS Officer

Roles Involved: Department of Schools (MOE_SCHL_AL_SMN_APPR)

1. Navigate to Home > Worklist.

2. Find the appropriate Allowance Application link using the Application ID and Student ID.

3. You will be directed to the Allowance Application Approval page.

4. Click on the Deny button if you wish to reject the application. Application will not be routed for any further approval.

5. Click on the Approve button if you wish to approve the application.
