Create Counselling Log
This function allows the users to create counselling log.
Roles Involved: School Counselor
- Navigate to Main menu > Student Discipline > School Counselling Log  
- Click Add button and user will be redirected to School Counselling Log page to fill in counselling details.  
- By default, Counsellor field will display the current user name  
- Click on Campus look-up button to prompt for own school code  
- Select ‘Invited’ if student are being invited to counselling session 
- Select ‘Referred’ if case are referred from Discipline Teacher/Principal 
- Select ‘Voluntary’ for Student whom attend counselling voluntary 
- After selecting student, Student Name, Gender, school and Year information will be displayed  
- Click on Personal Details link to view the student personal details.  
- User will be redirect to Student Details Page, showing information of the student.  
- Click Return Button to return to School Counselling Log page  
- Click on Family Details link to view the student family details  
- Click on Offence History link to view the student Offence History  
- User will be re-direct to Student Offence History page, showing details of offence that the student committed.  
- Click Return Button to return to School Counselling Log page  
- In Counseling Record section, fill in the field: Date, Session Time, Session Place and Comments for counselling records information.  
- Counselling Session No will be increased to indicate number of counselling session.  
- In Counseling Record section, fill in the field: Date, Session Time, Session Place and Comments for counselling records information.  
- Counselling Reference Number will be populated after counselling log is saved

Log Date is defaulted as current date

For Individual counselling cases, select “Individual”. For group counselling (more than one student), select “Group”.

School Counselor can search for all the students that is currently in their school

Links of student personal details, family details and offence history should be enabled once the student is specified. User can click on the links to check the supportive information:

By default, Date field will populated the current system date.
Note:
Date in the later session should be later than the date in earlier sessions.
Note: Reference number for counselling log is a unique set of id that is used to identify counselling cases. Reference number are populated in such format: CSL/YYYYMMDD-3 running digit number]. Example: CSL/20150104001
