PS Query - Academic Details

This function allows the users to generate a report of the Scholars Academic Details of the students who are studying outside or inside the country.

Roles Involve:  MOE Scholarship Section - Verifier, Statistician, Finance Officer and Administrator.

PS Query- Academic Details

1. Navigate to Main Menu> Reporting Tools> Query Viewer

2. Click on Query Viewer field and enter MOE_SB_SCHOLARSHIP_ACAD_DETAIL.

3. Click on the Search button after that.

4. Optionally, in the Query section, click on the Favourites link and the system will add the following Queries into the My Favourite Queries section. This is done to allow easier access the next time you want to visit this page.

5. Click on the HTML link.

6. Enter data into the required fields such as Academic Institution and enter data into other fields if relevant.

7. Click on the View Result button after that.

8. The result will be loaded on the page.

9. Click on the Excel link to download an Excel File

   Note: An Excel file will be automatically download into your computer. Click on the Excel file to open the Excel.

10. Open the Excel file to view the excel report.
