View Academic Calendar

This function allows the users to only View Academic Calendar.

Roles Involved: School Student Registrar, Principals and Deputy Principals

1. Navigate to Main menu > Set up SACR > Foundation Tables > Term Setup > Academic Calendar.

2. User will be directed to the Academic Calendar search page.

3. Enter the “MOE01” into the Academic Institution field.

4. Click the lookup button and select the Academic Career.

5. Click on the Search button.

6. User will be directed to the Term Calendar 1 page.

7. Click on the Term Calendar 2 tab.

8. User will be directed to Term Calendar 2 page where the users can view the terms applied to the calendar.
