Generate Student Pass Student Information Report (UPB)

This function allows the users to generate report showing status of students applying Student Pass as well as those who already hold a student pass.

Roles Involved: Ministry of Education – UPB Administrator

1. Navigate to the Main Menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer

2. Select Query Name From the Search By drop-down menu.

3. Enter MOE_SP_ALL_SCH in the Begins with field.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. Entered query name will be shown.

6. Search for the required query name and click on the HTML link.

7. You will be directed to MOE_SP_ALL_SCH page.

8. Select or Enter the values in the Institution, Career, Start Date and End Date.

9. Click on the View Result link.

10. The report will display list of student whom had the visa permit.

11. Click on the Excel Spreadsheet link.

12. Click on the Save button.

13. View the result of the report in excel format.
