View Term/Session Table

This function allows the users to only View Term/Session Table.

Roles Involved: School Student Registrar, Principals and Deputy Principals

1. Navigate to Main menu > Set up SACR > Foundation Tables > Term Setup > Term/Sessions Table.

2. User will be directed to the Term/Session Table search page.

3. Enter the “MOE01” into the Academic Institution field.

4. Click the lookup button and select the Academic Career.

5. Click the lookup button and select the Term.

6. Click on the Search button.

7. User will be directed to the Term Table page where the term is defined.

8. Click on the Session Table tab.

9. User will be directed to the Session Table page where the sessions within the term are shown.
