Maintain the Setup Kampong and Post Code

This fucntion allows the users to maintain the Setup Kampong and Post Code.

• Add a new list of Kampong and Post Code
• Update the list of Kampong and Post Code

Add a new list of Kampong and Post Code

Roles Involved: MOE DS Manage Attdn Admin(MOE_HQ_DS_ATTENDANCE_ADMIN)

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Product Related > Recruiting and Admissions > Setup Kampong & Post Code.

2. To add a new Kampong and Post Code, click on the Add a New Value tab.

3. Click on the lookup to select the Academic Institution.

4. Click on the Add button.

5. User will be directed to the Setup Kampong & Post Code page.

6. Click on the Calendar icon to select the date this Kampong & Post Code is effective from as *Effective Date.

7. Select ‘Active’ in the *Status field to activate the Kampong & Post Code.

8. Enter the name of Kampong in the *Kampong field.

Note:
If the user key in with the mixture of Lower and Upper case in the Kampong field, it will automatically change to Upper case once you have saved the Kampong and Post Code list.

For example,
‘Kg Sumbiling Lama’ becomes ‘KG SUMBILING LAMA’

9. Enter the Post Code in the *Post Code field.

10. Click on the ‘+’ icon to enter additional Kampong and Post Code. Click on the ‘-‘ icon to remove any incorrect Kampong and Post Code.

11. Once completed, click on the Save button to save the Kampong & Post Code.

Update the list of Kampong and Post Code

Roles Involved: MOE DS Manage Attdn Admin (MOE_HQ_DS_ATTENDANCE_ADMIN)

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Product Related > Recruiting and Admissions > Setup Kampong & Post Code.

2. To update the Kampong and Post Code list that you have saved, click on the Find an Existing Value tab.

3. Click on the lookup to select the Academic Institution.

4. Click on the Include History button.

5. Click on the Search button to search the saved Kampong and Post Code list.

6. User will be directed to the Setup Kampong & Post Code page.

7. Click on the ‘+’ icon to add a new Kampong and Post Code record.

8. Click on the Calendar icon to enter the Effective Date for the new Kampong and Post Code record.

9. Select ‘Active’ in the *Status field to activate the new Kampong & Post Code list.

10. To add new Kampong and Post Code to the existing list, click on the ‘+’ icon. To remove the Kampong and Post Code from the existing list, click on the ‘-‘ icon.

Note:
If the user key in with the mixture of Lower and Upper case in the Kampong field, it will automatically change to Upper case once you have saved the Kampong and Post Code list.

For example,
‘Kg Sumbiling Lama’ becomes ‘KG SUMBILING LAMA’

11. Click on the Save button to save the Kampong and Post Code page.
