Define Keywords
This function allows the users to create new keywords. Keywords are used to classify item types allows users to quickly locate the item types within a long lost of possibilities by just entering the keyword.
Roles Involved: MOE DS Manage Billing

Navigate to Main Menu > Setup SACR > Product Related > Student Financials > Item Types > Keywords.
SetID: MOE01
Key Word: "PRIMARY"

Enter the required values in the Description and Short Description fields.
Keyword Status: Active
Description: "PRIMARY"
Short Description: "PRIMARY"
Keyword Nbr: Keyword 1

Enter the required values in the Keyword Nbr field. This field is used to define the position of the Keyword in the Item Type. Each of these Item Types can have up to 3 Keywords.

Note: Make sure the required fields are not empty: SetID and Key Word.
