Maintain Student Medication and Allergies

This function allows the users to maintain student medication and allergies needs by searching and updating the student medication and allergies requirement.

Roles Involved:
Class Teacher, School Admin - Student Records and School Student Registrar

Search and Update Student Medication and Allergies Information

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Campus Community > Personal Information (Student) > Health Information (Student) > Medication and Allergies

2. To search enter the information of the student by either the ID, National ID (Eg: 00123456), Birth Certificate ID (Eg: 1234-78).

3. User will be directed to Medication and Allergies page.

4. Click on ‘+’ button to add new medication and allergies.

5. Fill in the Disease/Allergy Type.

6. Click on the calendar icon and select the Effective Date.

7. Click the drop down list and select the Status.

8. Fill in the Medication Details such as the name of the medicine and dosage details.

9. Fill in the Doctor Reference such as the doctor name, hospital name, doctor advise, etc.

10. Click on ‘+’ button to add more medication details.

11. Repeat steps 6 to 9.

12. Click the Save button to save the details.
