Verify Student Allowance Disbursement

This function allows the users to view the allowance amount posted for each student over the years.

Roles Involved: School Welfare Officer (MOE_SCHL_WELFARE_OFFCR)

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Student Financials > Student Allowances > Student Allowance Disbursement.

2. In the Find an Existing Value section, enter the student ID in the ID field and click on the Search button.

Note: Birth Certificate ID or National ID can also be used to search for students.

3. You will be directed to the Student Allowance Disbursement page.

4. All the disbursement details of the student will be stated in the page.

5. Click on the Return to Search button to exit to page.
