Setup & Maintain Catchment Area Table (MOE)
This function allows the users to setup and maintain the catchment area details such as:
Roles Involved: Ministry of Education – Department of Schools Administrator
View Catchment Area
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Product Related > Recruiting and Admission > Catchment Area Table.
User will be directed to the Catchment Area Table page.
Fill in the Catchment Area or the Description (E.g. Catchment Area: C0001, C0085. Eg for description: Kg Sumbiling, Kg Tumasek).
Fill in “%” in the Catchment Area field to search for all catchment areas.
Click on Search button or press Enter on your keyboard.
User will be directed to Catchment Area Table page.
Click on Return to Search button to search for other catchment area.
Add Catchment Area
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Product Related > Recruiting and Admission > Catchment Area Table.
User will be directed to the Catchment Area Table page.
Click on Add a New Value tab.
Enter the Catchment Area field.
Click on Add button.
User will be directed to Catchment Area Table page.
Enter the Effective Date.
Click on the dropdown menu and select the Status.
Enter the Description of the catchment area.
Enter the Catchment Area details.
Click on the Save button.
Note: Fill in details where necessary.
Update Catchment Area
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Product Related > Recruiting and Admission > Catchment Area Table.
User will be directed to the Catchment Area Table page.
Fill in the Catchment Area or the Description (E.g. Catchment Area: C0001, C0085. Eg for description: Kg Sumbiling, Kg Tumasek).
Click on Search button or press Enter on your keyboard.
User will be directed to Catchment Area Table page.
Click on ‘+’ button to update the details.
Enter the Effective Date.
Click on the dropdown menu and select the Status.
Update the necessary details.
Click on the Save button.
