Setup and Maintain Institution/Campus Security
This function allows the users to Setup and Maintain the Institution/Campus Security such as:
View Institution/Campus Security
Roles Involved: MOE HQ – Teacher Records Officer
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Institution/Campus Security.
User will be directed to the Institution/Campus Security search page.
Enter the User ID (for e.g. 00123456) and the Academic Institution.
Click on the Search button.
User will be directed to Institution/Campus Security page where user can see the campus security given to the user id entered.
Setup Institution/Campus Security
Roles Involved: MOE HQ – Teacher Records Officer
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID Institution/Campus Security.
User will be directed to the Institution/Campus Security search page.
Enter the User ID (for e.g. 00123456) and the Academic Institution.
Click on the Search button.
User will be directed to Institution/Campus Security page.
Click on the look-up button and select the Campus that the user id entered should have access.
Click on the Save button.
Note: If user requires secondary and sixth form access, click on ‘+’ button and enter the campus number (for e.g. Maktab Sains Secondary is 3001 and Maktab Sains Sixth Form is 5005)
Update Institution/Campus Security
Roles Involved: MOE HQ – Teacher Records Officer
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID Institution/Campus Security.
User will be directed to the Institution/Campus Security search page.
Enter the User ID (for e.g. 00123456) and the Academic Institution.
Click on the Search button.
User will be directed to Institution/Campus Security page.
Update the campus of the user.
Click on the “+” button to add more campus to the user.
Click on the look-up button and select the Campus.
Click on the Save button.
