Generate Disciplinary Statistic

This function allows the users to generate report showing statistic of disciplinary cases of all school.

Roles Involved: Reports for Dept of Planning

1. Navigate to the Main Menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer

2. Select Query Name From the Search By drop-down menu.

3. Enter MOE_DI_DP_STATS in the Begins with field.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. Entered query name will be shown.

6. Search for the required query name and click on the HTML link.

7. You will be directed to MOE_DI_DP_STATS page.

8. Select or Enter the values in the Start Date and End Date fields.

9. Click on the View Result button.

10. The report will display list of school with Offence type, along with number of discipline cases are its current school offence status.

11. Click on the Excel Spreadsheet link.

12. Click on the Save button

13. View the result of the report in excel format.
