Reschedule Report
This function allows the users to generate the list of Reschedule report.
List of Reschedule Request Report
Roles Involved: School Examination Secretary and Sixth Form School Examination Secretary
Navigate to Main menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer
Click onto the Search By dropdown and select the description.
On the Search By field, enter information as given: 'List of Reschedule Request'.
Click on the Search button.
On the results shown, click on the HTML link to run.
Fill in the information with the help of Look up prompt button.
Click View Results button.
Click Excel Spreadsheet link to download.
Select Save file to save the report to your machine.
Click on the OK Button.
A report will be shown in the Excel format.
List of Approved Reschedule Request Report
Roles Involved: School Examination Secretary and Sixth Form School Examination Secretary

Click on the Search button.
On the results shown, click on the HTML link to run.
Fill in the information with the help of Look up prompt button.
Click View Results button.
Click Excel Spreadsheet link to download.
Select Save file to save the report to your machine.
Click on the OK Button.
A report will be shown in the Excel format.
