Setting up Approvers for Student Movement requests
This function allows the users to setup approvers for their school.
Add a new list of Approvers
Role Involved: School Student Registrar (MOE_SCHL_STDNT_REGISTRAR)
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Product Related > Student Movement > Setup > Setup Approvers.
Click on the Calendar icon to select the date this approver is effective from as Effective Date.
Select ‘Active’ in the Status field from the dropdown to activate the list of Approvers for the school.
Click on the lookup icon to select the Staff ID of the Principal/Deputy Principal for the school.
Click on the ‘+’ icon in the Approvers grid, to enter any additional approvers for the school.
Click on the ‘-’ icon in the Approvers grid, to remove any incorrect assignments for the school.
Update the list of Approvers
Role Involved: School Student Registrar (MOE_SCHL_STDNT_REGISTRAR)
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Product Related > Student Movement > Setup > Setup Approvers.
To update the Approvers list that you have saved, click on the Find an Existing Value tab.
Click on the lookup icon to select the Campus value of the school.
Click on the Search button to search for the saved Approvers list.
Click on the Calendar icon to enter the Effective Date for the new Approver list.
Click on the ‘+’ icon in the Approvers grid, to add a new Approver to the existing list.
Click on the ‘-’ icon in the Approvers grid, to remove an Approver from the list.
