Manage Attendance Roster for Other Activities
This function allows the users to manage Attendance Rosters for Other Activities.
Roles Involved: School Student Registrar, Class Teacher and Subject Teacher (MOE_SCHL_ADMIN_ATTDNCE), (MOE_SCHL_CLASS_TEACHER) and (MOE_SCHL_SUBJECT_TEACHER)
Navigate to Main Menu > Curriculum Management > Attendance Roster > Att. Rstr for Other Activities.
Click on Fetch Students to select the students who are registered in the class. This option will only fetch students if an existing class is used as there will be students already registered in the class. If a new class was schedule just for this other activity then the students who attended need to be entered one-by-one into the list.
If the other activity is making use of the registration class, the Subject Area to select is ‘Year’ and if the other activity is related to a subject, the Subject Area to select is the specific subject, e.g. BML (Bahasa Melayu).
For Pre-School and Primary School, select among Term 1, Term 2, Term 3 and Term 4 values. For other Careers, select Regular Academic Session.
If the other activity organized is for any group of students from school, then a new class needs to be scheduled and the person/teacher in-charge should be assigned as the ‘Primary Instructor’.
If the other activity is conducted for a specific group of students who are already in a class together and the Class Teacher is assigned as the instructor, then the existing class section details can be used here.
