Setup and Maintain Academic Plan Security

This function allows the users to Setup and Maintain the Academic Plan Security such as:

• View Academic Plan Security
• Setup Academic Plan Security

View Academic Plan Security

Roles Involved: MOE HQ – Teacher Records Officer

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Academic Plan Security.

2. User will be directed to the Academic Plan Security search page.

3. Enter the User ID (for e.g. 00123456) and the Academic Institution.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. User will be directed to Academic Plan Security page where user can see the academic plan security given to the user id entered.

Setup Academic Plan Security

Roles Involved: MOE HQ – Teacher Records Officer

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Academic Plan Security.

2. User will be directed to the Academic Plan Security search page.

3. Enter the User ID (for e.g. 00123456) and the Academic Institution.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. User will be directed to Academic Plan Security page.

6. Click on the All Access button to give the user all the Academic Plan access according to their respective Academic Program.

7. Click on the Save button.
