Process Counselling Status
This function allows the users to update school counselling status.
Update Counselling Log
Roles Involved: School Counselor
Navigate to Main menu > Student Discipline > School Counselling Log
Click on Counselling Type drop-down menu to select counselling type.
Click on Counselling Reason drop-down menu to select counselling reason
Click on Search button to search for specified school counselling log
User will be redirect to the searched school counselling log page.
Note:
Campus field will be auto populated based on user security. The school code reflect which school does the user belong to.
Note:
Reference number for counselling log is a unique set of id that is used to identify counselling cases. Reference number are populated in such format: CSL/YYYYMMDD-3 running digit number]. Example: CSL/20150104001
Note:
The two type of counselling are: Individual and Group. Individual refer to counselling case with one individual student only. Meanwhile group counselling type have more than one student in one particular counselling log.
Note: Pending = Counselling are still on going.
Escalate Counselling Log
Roles Involved: School Counselor
Navigate to Main menu > Student Discipline > School Counselling Log
Click on Counselling Type drop-down menu to select counselling type.
Click on Counselling Reason drop-down menu to select counselling reason
Click on Search button to search for specified school counselling log
User will be redirect to the searched school counselling log page.
Click on BKK Counsellor look up button and select list of BKK Counsellor available
System will generate school counselling escalation email to the Assigned BKK counselling, CC: School Principal, BKK Head and School Counsellor. User will require to login their MOE email account to view the generated email.
Note:

Once user click “OK” to confirm, user will not be able to update counselling log that has been escalated
Close Counselling Log
Roles Involved: School Counselor
Navigate to Main menu > Student Discipline > School Counselling Log
Click on Counselling Type drop-down menu to select counselling type.
Click on Counselling Reason drop-down menu to select counselling reason
Click on Search button to search for specified school counselling log
User will be redirect to the searched school counselling log page.
Tick on Termination checkbox to terminate counselling session

Once user click “OK” to confirm, user will not be able to update counselling log that has been closed.
