List of Course Catalog Details by Career & Subject

Roles Involved: Ministry of Education - Department of Schools Administrator

1. Navigate to Main menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer.

2. User will be directed to the Query Viewer search page.

3. Enter MOE_CRSE_CATALOG into the search field.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. The Search Results will appear at the bottom of the Query Viewer.

6. Click on the Excel link to view the report in excel format.

7. User will be directed to MOE_CRSE_CATALOG - Course Catalog Details window.

8. Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Institution.

9. Click on the lookup button and select the Career.

10. Click on the lookup button and select the Subject.

11. Click on the View Results button to view the report in excel format.
