Generate Exam Sequence Numbers for SPE

This function allows the users to Generate Exam Sequence Numbers for SPE.

Add Exam Sequence Numbers

Roles Involved: School Examination Secretary.

1. Navigate to Main menu > Academic Staff > Assessment and Exams > Exams > Process > Generate Exam Sequence

2. Click Add a New Value Tab tab.

3. Enter the Run Control ID.

Note:

• The Run Control ID CANNOT have any spaces. Eg: 1006 SR PUSAR ULAK.
• User can use underscore '_' or dash '-' in between words. Eg: 1006-SR_PUSAR_ULAK.

4. Click Add button.

5. Select the Academic Institution, Academic Year and Campus via lookup button.

Note:
Fields with (*) indicates that they are required. User will not be able to save the page if any one of them is blank.

6. Click Run button.

7. Ensure the checkbox is clicked.

8. Click OK button.

9. Take note of Instance Number and Click onto Process Monitor link.

10. Click Refresh button.

Note :
Click onto Refresh button at intervals until the process Status is Success and Distributed Status is Posted

11. Click Details link.

12. Click onto View Log/Trace.

13. Click onto Student_Examination_sequence_Number.csv to view the file.

Note :
User will be able to download and view the student's Sequence number. The sequence number is sorted according to Class Section then by Gender and Name.
