Maintain Honors/Awards Table
This function allows the users to add, modify and delete the Honor/Award list.
Roles Involved: MOE Award Officer
Add Honors/Awards
Navigate to Main menu > Set up SACR > Product Related > Student Records > Student Standing and Awards > Honors/Awards Table
Fill in the Honors/Awards Details into their respective fields.
Note:
The code must not be more than 6 characters.
Note:
Fields with (*) indicates that they are required. User will not be able to save the page if any one of them is blank.
Update Honors/Awards Table
Navigate to Main menu > Set up SACR > Product Related > Student Records > Student Standing and Awards > Honors/Awards Table
Enter search parameters to narrow down Search Results and click Search button.
Note:
If you want to modify Description, Short Description or Formal Description, skip Step 5.
Delete Honors/Awards Table
Navigate to Main menu > Set up SACR > Product Related > Student Records > Student Standing and Awards > Honors/Awards Table
Enter search parameters to narrow down Search Results and click Search button.
