Setup and Maintain Academic Calendar
This function allows the users to Setup and Maintain the Academic Calendar by implementing the term/session such as:
Roles Involved: Ministry of Education – Department of Schools Administrator
View Academic Calendar
- Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Foundation Tables > Term Setup > Academic Calendar. 
- User will be directed to Term Calendar 1 page where user can see the calendar description and the terms used.  
Add Term/Session in Academic Calendar
- Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Foundation Tables > Term Setup > Academic Calendar. 
- In the Term Calendar 2 page, click on “+” button to add new term to the calendar.  
- Click on the look-up button and select the Term to be added.  
- In the Cancel box, click on the calendar icon and select the date for Deadline. Date should be the term end date.  
- Click on the dropdown list and select the Reason as Student Dropped Class.  
- In the Term Calendar 3 page, enter the date for Show Enrollment on Transcript, Show Statistics on Transcript and Fully Graded Date.  
- Click on the calendar icon and select the date for Confer Date. Date should be 1 day after the term end date.
