MOE_RPT_PR_004 - List of Sports School Students Identified for Progression

Roles Involved: School Student Registrar, MOE DS Manage Student Progression and Reports for Department of Planning

1. Navigate to Main menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer.

2. User will be directed to Query Viewer search page.

3. Enter “MOE_RPT_PR_004” into the search field.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. The Search Results will appear at the bottom of the Query Viewer.

6. Click on the Excel link to view the report in excel format.

7. User will be directed to MOE_RPT_PR_004 – Sports stdnt for progression window.

8. Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Institution.

9. Click on the lookup button and select the Campus.

Note: User should only be able to select and view reports on their own campus.

10. Click on the lookup button and select the Term.

Note: User should select the end of the term as students are only progressed at the end of the year.

11. Click on the View Results button.
