Maintain Student Catchment Area

This function allows the users to assign catchment area to students to discover the number of students within/out of school Catchment area.

Roles Involved: School Student Registrar

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Campus Community > Personal Information (Student) > Biographical (Student) > Addresses/Phones > Student Catchment Area

2. To search enter the information of the student by either the Empl ID (Student ID), National ID (Eg: 00123456), Birth Certificate ID (Eg: 1234-78).

3. Click on Search button or press enter on the keyboard.

4. User will be directed to Student Catchment Area page.

5. Click on ‘+’ button to update a student’s catchment area.

6. Click on lookup button and select student Catchment Area.

7. The catchment area address will be populated according to the selected catchment area.

8. Click on Save button to save the details.
