Generate Textbooks Loaned by Students

This function allows the users to view the textbooks/materials loaned by each student in the class.

Roles Involved: School Textbook Officer and Class Teacher

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Curriculum Management > Curriculum Materials > Reports > Textbook Loaned by Students.

2. Click on the Add a New Value to create a process to generate the report.

3. Enter meaningful name for the Run Control ID.

Note:
Run Control ID cannot be blank or have spaces in it.

4. Click Add button.

5. Select the Institution, Career, Organization, Year and Subject from the Lookup button.

6. Click Run button.

7. Ensure that the checkbox has a tick, then click onto Ok button.

8. Take note of Process Instance number to view correct report and click onto Report Manager link.

Note:
Process Instance number helps user to keep track that the report viewed is the one generated by themselves.

9. Click onto Administration Tab.

10. If Status column is Queued or Processing, then click onto Refresh button until the Status column is Posted.

11. Click onto *.pdf link to view the Textbook Loaned to Students Report.
