Maintain Student Language
This function allows the users to maintain student personal data by searching and updating the student language information.
Roles Involved: Class Teacher, School Admin - Student Records and School Student Registrar
Search and Update Student Language
Navigate to Main Menu > Campus Community > Personal Information (Student) > Biographical (Student) > Personal Attributes > Languages
To search enter the information of the student by either the Empl ID, National ID (Eg: 00123456), Birth Certificate ID (Eg: 1234-78).
Click on Search button or press enter on the keyboard.
Click on the drop down list and select level of proficiency to Speak.
Click on the drop down list and select level of proficiency to Read.
Click on the drop down list and select level of proficiency to Write.
Click on the ‘-‘ button on the right to delete a language preference.
A popup box will appear, click OK button to confirm or Cancel button to cancel the deletion.
