Generate School CCA Grade by Class

This function allows the users to generate CCA report showing students CCA grade list of CCA statistics in the specified school throughout academic year and the instructor/coach assigned under each CCA. Academic career and campus are based on user security setup, so that teacher will not be able to prompt for our school or class data.

Roles Involved: Class Teacher

1. Navigate to Main menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer.

2. Enter Query Name “MOE _CCA_GRD_CLASS_TEACHER” and Click Search button to search for the query

3. Click on “HTML” to view report in browser or “Excel” to download the report in excel format

4. Specify the value for Institution, Career, Term, Session & Campus

Note:

• For CCA Primary, Session value will be Term 1 or Term 2.
  For CCA secondary and sixth form, Session Value will be “Regular”
• Class teacher can only prompt for their own campus

5. Click on the View Results button

Note:
Class teacher should only view the result under their own classes.
