Generate Reports

This function allows the users and MOE School Management Admin to generate committee member history report.

• Personal committee history report

Committee Member history report

Roles Involved: School Admin – School Management & MOE - School Management

1. Navigate to Main menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer.

2. Select Query Name from the Search By drop-down menu.

3. Enter MOE_SM_CMTMBR in the Begins with field.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. The specified query will be listed down in the search result.

6. Click on the HTML link.

7. You will be directed to MOE_SM_CMTMBR page.

8. Select or Enter the values in the Academic Institution, Committee Type, Committee, Effective Date From and Effective Date to fields.

9. Click on the View Results button.

10. A list of the Committee member under the specified Academic Institution, Committee Type, Committee will be listed down.

11. Click on the Excel Spreadsheet link.

12. Click on the OK to save the report.

13. View the report on Excel.

Personal committee history report

Role Involved: School Admin – School Management

1. Navigate to Main menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer.

2. Select Query Name from the Search By drop-down menu.

3. Enter MOE_SM_PERSCOM in the Begins with field.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. The specified query will be listed down in the search result.

6. Click on the HTML link.

7. You will be directed to MOE_SM_PERSCOM page.

8. Select or Enter the values in the Institution, Acad Org and ID fields.

9. Click on the View Result button.

10. The list of the committees under the Acad org and ID will be listed down.

11. Click on the Excel Spreadsheet link.

12. Click on the OK to save the report.

13. View the report on Excel.
