Setup Facilities Information
This function allows the users to setup and maintain facility information.
Set up building table
Role Involved: School timetabling Admin
Navigate to Main menu > Setup SACR > Foundation Tables > Facilities > Building Table.
In the Building Table Form section, enter the relevant data in the Effective Date, Description and the Acad Org fields.
Note: The first 4 digit should be the school code. E.g. If your school code is 1001, then followed by an underscore '_', so the code should be in the following format: 1001_XXXXX. It must not exceed 10 characters.
Update building table
Role Involved: School timetabling Admin
Navigate to Main menu > Setup SACR > Foundation Tables > Facilities > Building Table.
You will be directed to the Building Table page for the specified building value.
In the Building Table Form section, click on the ‘+’ to update the existing fields.
In the newly added page, enter the relevant data in the Effective Date, Description and the Acad Org fields.
You will be able to see the updated changes when you search for the specified building values again.
Note: The first 4 digit should be the school code.
Setup facility table
Role Involved: School timetabling Admin
Navigate to main menu > setup SACR > Foundation Tables > Facilities > Facility Table.
Enter the relevant data in the SetID as MOE01 and Facility ID.
In the Facility Table Form section, the ‘General assignment’ checkbox should be disabled.
Enter the relevant data in the Effective Date, Description, Acad Org, Building and Facility Type fields.
Note: The first 4 digit should be the school code. E.g. If your school code is 1001, then followed by an underscore '_', so the code should be in the following format: 1001_XXXXX. It must not exceed 10 characters.
Note: The Effective Date for the new Facility ID is to be setup as 01/01/1901.
Update facility table
Role Involved: School timetabling Admin
Navigate to main menu > setup SACR > Foundation Tables > Facilities > Facility Table.
You will be directed to the Facility Table Form page.
In the Facility Table Form section, the ‘General assignment’ checkbox should be disabled.
In the newly added page, enter the relevant data in the Effective Date, Description, Acad Org, Building and Facility Type fields.
Note: The first 4 digit should be the school code.
Note: The Effective Date for the existing Facility ID is to be setup as the Start Term Date or before the Start Term Date.
