Generate School CCA Grade by School
This function allows the users to generate CCA report showing students CCA grade list of CCA statistics in the specified school throughout academic year and the instructor/coach assigned under each CCA.
Roles Involved: Ministry of Education – Department of Co-Curriculum Administrator & School CCA Head
Navigate to Main menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer.
Enter Query Name “MOE _CCA_SCH_GRD” and Click Search button to search for the query
Click on “HTML” to view report in browser or “Excel” to download the report in excel format
Specify the value for Institution, Career, Term, Session & Campus
- For CCA Primary, Session value will be Term 1 or Term 2.
For CCA secondary and sixth form, Session Value will be “Regular” - DCC officer will have access to all schools and students. Meanwhile, School CCA head will only have access to their own schools and students.
Click on the View Results button
Report will be generated showing posted marks and grade
