Setup and Maintain Academic Organisation Tree
This function allows the users to Setup and Maintain the Academic Organization Tree such as:
Role Involved: Ministry of Education - Department of Schools Administrator
View Academic Organization Tree
Navigate to Main Menu > Tree Manager > Tree Manager
User will be directed to the Tree Manager search page.
Enter “ACAD_ORGANIZATION” into the Tree Name field.
Click on the Search button.
User will be directed to Tree Manager page.
Update Academic Organization Tree
Navigate to Main Menu > Tree Manager > Tree Manager
User will be directed to the Tree Manager search page.
Enter “ACAD_ORGANIZATION” into the Tree Name field.
Click on the Search button.
User will be directed to Tree Manager page.
Select the Child Node for new academic organization to be added into the Department.
The Child Node selected will be expanded to show the list of schools under the Department’s responsibility.
Select the Insert Child Node icon to add the new academic organization.
User will be directed to Insert Child Node page.
Enter the new academic organization into Tree Node field.
Click on the Add button.
User will be directed back to Tree Manager page.
Select the newly added Child Node and click on the leaf icon.
User will be directed to the Detail Value Range page.
Tick the Dynamic Flag.
Click on the Add button.
User will be directed back to Tree Manager.
Click on Save link to save the record.
Note:
Click on the folder icon with (+) to expand the list and folder icon with (-) to collapse the list.
