Generate List of Materials by Schools

This function allows the users to view the list of materials textbooks for schools to request.

Roles Involved: Ministry of Education - Department of Curriculum Development Administrator and School Textbook Officer

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Curriculum Management > Curriculum Materials > Reports > CM Reports.

2. Click on the Add a New Value to create a process to generate the report.

3. Enter meaningful name for the Run Control ID and click Add button.

Note:
Run Control ID cannot be blank or have spaces in it.

4. Click Run button.

5. Tick the checkbox next to List of Materials by School from Description to select the report you want the process to retrive.

Note:
You may tick more than one checkbox in the process.

6. Click Ok button.

7. Take note of the Process Instance number and click onto Report Manager link.

8. Click Administration Tab.

9. Click Refresh button if Status is not Success or Posted.

Note:
You may have to wait for 30 seconds or 1 minute before clicking Refresh button again.

10. Click MOE_CM_001 - MOE_CM_001.pdf to view the List of Materials by Schools.

• You may return to this page to view the report again without having to run the process again.
• Run process only when you wish to update the List of Material by Schools.
