List of Prospective Students Meeting Science School(s) Admission Criteria by School(s)

Roles Involved: School Student Registrar, Principal, Ministry of Education - Department of Schools Administrator and Reports for Department of Planning

1. Navigate to Main menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer.

2. User will be directed to the Query Viewer search page.

3. Enter “MOE_RPT_RE_009” into the search field.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. The Search Results will appear at the bottom of the Query Viewer.

6. Click on the Excel link to view the report in excel format.

7. User will be directed to MOE_RPT_RE_009 – prospective students admission window.

8. Click on the lookup button and select the Institution.

9. Click on the lookup button and select the Campus.

Note:
User should only be able to select and view reports on their own campus.

10. Click on the View Results button.

11. A report will be shown in the excel format.
