Generate List of Student who are issued with Statement of Entry Report

This function allows the user to view the list of students issued with Statement of Entry.

Roles Involved: School Examination Secretary

1. Navigate to Main menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer.

2. On the Search By dropdown and select Query Name.

3. On the Search By field, enter information as given:'MOE_RPT_EX_003B' and click Search Button.

4. Click HTML link to open the report.

5. Select the Institution, Campus, Career, Term and Exam Type via lookup button.

6. Click onto View Results button.

7. The list of students issued with Statement of entry and their details will be shown on the page.
