Setup and Maintain Academic Institution Security

This function allows the users to Setup and Maintain the Academic Institution Security such as:

• View Academic Institution Security
• Add Academic Institution Security

Roles Involved: MOE HQ – Teacher Records Officer

View Academic Institution Security

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Academic Institution Security

2. User will be directed to Academic Institution Security search page.

3. Enter the User ID which is the IC number.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. User will be directed to Academic Institution Security page.

Add Academic Institution Security

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Academic Institution Security

2. User will be directed to Academic Institution Security search page.

3. Enter the User ID field.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. User will be directed to Academic Institution Security page.

6. Enter “MOE01” into the Academic Institution field.

7. Click on Save button to save the record.
