View and Print the Withdrawal Request Form

This function allows the users to view and print a Student Withdrawal Request Form.

View and Print the Withdrawal Request Form by School

Roles Involved: School Student Registrar and School Class Teacher (MOE_SCHL_STDNT_REGISTRAR) and (MOE_WD_REQUESTR)

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Records and Enrolment > Student Movement > Student Withdrawals > Withdrawal Request.

2. To find the Withdrawal Request Form, click on the Find an Existing Value tab.

3. Enter or click on the Student ID lookup icon to search for a Student ID of the student that has a Withdrawal Request Form.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. User will be directed to the Withdrawal Request Form page.

6. View the Withdrawal Request Form. Click on the Print Form button to generate the printable PDF version of the Withdrawal Request Form of the student.

Role Involved: Department of Schools (MOE_HQ_STDNT_WTHDRWL_OFFCR)

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Records and Enrolment > Student Movement > Student Withdrawals > Withdrawal Request for DS.

2. To find the Withdrawal Request Form, click on the Find an Existing Value tab.

3. Enter or click on the Student ID lookup icon to search for a Student ID of the student that has a Withdrawal Request Form.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. User will be directed to the Withdrawal Request Form page.

6. Click on the View Attachment button to view the attached document.

7. View the Withdrawal Request Form. Click on the Print Form button to generate the printable PDF version of the Withdrawal Request Form of the student.

8. Printable PDF version of the Withdrawal Request Form.

9. To return to the search page, click on the Return to Search button.
