Setup & Maintain Religious Preference

This function allows the users to setup and update the religious code values in the religious preference table.

Setup Religious Preference

Roles Involved: MOE HQ – Teacher Records Officer and MOE HQ – Student Records Officer

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Product Related > Campus Community > Define Campus Community > Setup > Religious Preference Table.

2. User will be directed to the Religious Preference Table search page.

3. Click on the Add a New Value tab.

4. Enter the Religious Preference.

5. Click on the Add button.

6. User will be directed to the Religious Preference Table page.

7. Enter the Effective Date as 01/01/1901.

8. Enter the Description.

9. Enter the Short Description.

10. Click on the Save button.

Update Religious Preference

Roles Involved: MOE HQ – Teacher Records Officer and MOE HQ – Student Records Officer

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Product Related > Campus Community > Define Campus Community > Setup > Religious Preference Table.

2. User will be directed to the Religious Preference Table search page.

3. Enter the Religious Preference.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. User will be directed to the Religious Preference Table page.

6. Click on the “+” button to add a new row.

7. Enter the Effective Date.

8. Click on the dropdown button and select the Status.

9. Make any necessary changes to the details.

10. Click on the Save button.
