Generate List of Student Registered for Exam Report

This function allows the users to view the list of student registered for a public examination.

Roles Involved: School Examination Secretary

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Assessment and Exams > Exams > Reports > List of Students for Exams.

2. Click Add a New Value Tab to create a process to generate the report.

3. Enter a meaningful name for the Run Control ID and click Add button.

Note:

• The Run Control ID CANNOT have any spaces. Eg: 1006 SR PUSAR ULAK.
• User can use underscore '_' or dash '-' in between words. Eg: 1006-SR_PUSAR_ULAK.

4. Select Institution, Career, Term and Campus via lookup button.

5. Click onto Run button.

6. Ensure checkbox is ticked.

7. Click OK button.

8. Take note of the Process Instance number and click onto Process Monitor link.

9. Click Refresh button.

Note:
Click Refresh button until the Run Status: Success and Distributed Status: Posted.

10. Click Go back to List of Students for Exams link.

11. Click onto Report Manager link.

12. Click Administration tab.

13. Click MOE_EX_003.xlsx to view the Report.

14. Click MOE_EX_003.xlsx to view the List of Students for Exams.

Note:


1. You may return to this page to view the report again without having to run the process again.

2. Run process only when you wish to update the list of Student Registered for Exams.
