Enrollment for Examination

This function allows the users to enroll a Class in Examination.

Add Class Block

Roles Involved: School Examination Secretary

1. Navigate to Main menu > Record and Enrollment > Enroll Student > Block Enrollment > Create Class Block

2. Click Add a New Value Tab to create Class Block

3. Select the Academic Institution via lookup button.

4. Enter Class Enrollment Block into the empty field.

5. Click onto Add button.

6. Enter the Description of the Class Enrollment Block into their respective fields.

Note:
Fields with (*) indicates that they are required. User will not be able to save the page if any one of them is blank.

7. Fill in the details of the Class Enrollment Block.

8. Click Save button.

Modify Enrollment Class Block

Roles Involved: School Examination Secretary

1. Navigate to Main menu > Record and Enrollment > Enroll Student > Block Enrollment > Create Class Block

2. Enter search parameters to narrow down Search Results and click Search button.

3. Click onto the Student Block link to modify.

4. Modify the details of the Enrollment of Class Block.

5. Click Save button.
