Setup and Maintain Holiday Schedule
This function allows the users to Setup and Maintain the Holiday Schedule such as:
Roles Involved: Ministry of Education – Department of Schools Administrator
View Holiday Schedule
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up HRMS > Foundation Tables > Organization > Holiday Schedule.
User will be directed to the Holiday Schedule page where user can see the holiday dates.
Add Holiday
Roles Involved: Ministry of Education – Department of Schools Administrator
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up HRMS > Foundation Tables > Organization > Holiday Schedule.
Enter the date of the Holiday and the Description of the holiday.
Note: Date of Holiday can only be set once. For e.g. holiday falls on 6-8 July and it is also during school holiday hence it only should be set once not twice.
Update Holiday
Roles Involved: Ministry of Education – Department of Schools Administrator
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up HRMS > Foundation Tables > Organization > Holiday Schedule.
Delete Holiday
Roles Involved: Ministry of Education – Department of Schools Administrator
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up HRMS > Foundation Tables > Organization > Holiday Schedule.
